Potato salad with herring

For this recipe you will need:

1 kg potato

2 pcs. red apples

1 pcs. onion

1 pcs. pickled cucumber

8 pcs. herring (fillet)
herring which to choose? we'll show

6 Art. l. olive oil

2 Art. l. vinegar

4 Art. l. cream

black pepper (ground), salt, sugar - to taste

1 green onions - beam

Boil for 20 minutes. potatoes in large quantities podsol�nnoy water. Rinse with cold water and clean.

Meanwhile, wash the apples, cored and cut into cubes. Diced cucumber and onion.

Wash herring fillets in cold water, dry and cut into strips 1 cm wide. Put all prepared ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

Prepare the marinade by mixing vinegar, linseed oil and cream. Season with salt thereof (see, not too salty!), Pepper, sugar and add to the salad. Sprinkle washed, dried and chopped green onions. Serve with potatoes.
