500 g chicken

125 ml cream 22%

1 egg white

1 carrot

1 young zucchini

1 small head of broccoli

In a blender grind the chicken, add the cream, egg, and beat podsolit.

Peeled, cut into narrow stripes carrots, broccoli and rinse to cut into florets, wash the zucchini and cut it in half lengthwise.

Blanch vegetables by placing them in a pot of boiling water: carrots - 7 minutes, zucchini and cabbage - 3 minutes, then rinse with cool water.

In a rectangular cake pan put the chicken mince not thick layer of whipped, smooth, lay strips of carrot.

Put the 2nd layer of stuffing, then put the next zucchini halves.

Put the third layer of stuffing on it - broccoli.

Top put the last layer of stuffing.
