Recipe chicken gizzards with vegetables

Ingredients:
- Chicken gizzards 1 kg.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion 1 piece.
- Zucchini 1-2 pcs.
- Broccoli 200 gr.
- Vegetta (or any other universal seasoning) 1 tsp
- 2 cloves garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Marjoram
- Ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Stomachs rinse under water, remove any remaining pieces of yellow, dry on a paper towel.
- The pan pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, put stomachs, lightly salt them and fry over high heat.
- After stomachs slightly browned crust covered, reduce heat, add 1/5 Art. water and simmer under the lid closed for about 30 minutes.
- Carrot and onion peel, carrots cut into thin long strips or rub on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion and put it all into the pan to the stomach. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Zucchini, if he is young, cut into small pieces. If the old tavern, before cutting the rough skin clean.
- Zucchini put in a frying pan to the main dish, add a little water, add the heat and bring to high heat until cooked all.
- At the end, add the spices and finely chopped garlic.
- In a separate pan in boiling, lightly salted water lay divided into florets broccoli and boil for 5 minutes.
- Before serving, mix with broccoli stomachs.
