Cabbage rolls snack

Ingredients:

1 pcs. cabbage

5-7 pcs. carrot�

4-5 Garlic - cloves

Salt - to taste

Head dipped in a pot of boiling salted water, boil water twice give a break of 10 minutes. Removed from the water, gently dissociated into leaves. Carrots rubbed on a coarse grater, mixed with finely chopped garlic and wrap in cabbage leaves in the form of sausages.

Stuffed cabbage piled in a deep bowl, pour boiling brine (1 tbsp. Spoon of salt in 1 liter of water) so that it only covered fluid. After 2 days, a snack ready.
