Pizza Zucchini

What you need:

700 g zucchini

1 pcs. egg

1/2 glass semolina

3 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

ground black pepper

For the filling:

200 g sausage or ham

4 pcs. tomatoes

100 g cheese

100 g mayonnaise

Zucchini grate, add the egg, flour, cereals, salt, pepper and stir.

In form, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, put a lot of squash, flatten it.

Sausage or ham slice, tomatoes - sliced. Grate cheese.

Put a layer of zucchini on the sausage, then tomatoes, grease from mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
