Children fried with beef
450 g thin edge of the pulp beef
1 sweet pepper
1 onions
1 carrot
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. tomato puree
salt
Cut the beef into cubes weighing about 15g, rub with salt and fry until cooked.
Cut into julienne peppers, onions and carrots until golden hue spassirovat in butter, add a few minutes before end of cooking tomato puree.
Add the meat to the vegetables, salt and fry for 3min.
Children Served fried beef with green asparagus boiled or other garnishes.
