Children's pie with beef
500 g flesh beef
300 g ready puff pastry
0.5 glass beef broth
1 potato tuber
1 onions
1 yolk
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. milk
ground black pepper
salt
Twist in a meat grinder beef, chopped onions, fry it in butter for 5 minutes, then add the minced meat, pour broth and simmer everything for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts, roll them thin cakes, great to put on the bottom of the form moistened with water, leaving the bumpers.
Share on dough filling.
Beat the egg yolk and milk, brush them edges of the dough, put the stuffing on the second cake, zaschipnut edge.
In the top layer of dough to make 4 puncture, grease cake egg mixture.
Pie baked at 220 degrees for half an hour.
