Children pilaf with beef
400 g flesh beef
140 g rice
3 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 onions
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
3 Art. l. pomegranate seeds
1 Art. l. tomato puree
salt
Slice the beef slices approximately 20g, salt and fry until golden brown in butter, add the diced onions and carrots, pre spassirovannye.
Pour meat with vegetables and 1 cup of water, add tomato puree (previously sieved), add the rice, salt and boil until half all.
When the rice has absorbed all the water, add the garlic, cover and place in a pot pilaf on a baking tray with water, put on 25 minutes in the oven, mix.
Before serving, sprinkle with beef pilaf with pomegranate seeds and chopped herbs.
