Children fish pilaf
100 g lean fish fillets
50 g rice
? carrots
? onions
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
turmeric
salt
Figure fill with water, leave.
Clear rub carrots on a medium grater, chop the onion into small cubes.
In a small saucepan heat the oil, put the carrots and onions, 3 minutes to warm up.
Rinse fillets, cut into small pieces, add to the vegetables, warm, spice turmeric.
With rice drain, add it to the rest of the ingredients, salt the whole and pour boiling water (water should be 2 times larger than the mass of pilaf), cover with a lid.
Cooking fish pilaf children to complete evaporation of the liquid and ready rice, stir in the end.
