2 glass water

1 glass rice

200 g minced meat (any)

3 onions

3 cloves of garlic

3-5 peppercorns

2 carrots

2 bay leaves

1 Art. l. tomato paste or sauce

1 Art. l. vegetable oil

1 h. l. salt

Wash rice, add water, add chopped into small pieces beef, carrots, grated, sliced onion rings, garlic, oil and tomato paste. Season with salt, add the allspice, bay leaf, mix gently.

Bring pilaf "10 minutes" to a boil, cover bowl with a lid, reduce heat, cook exactly 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, leave pilaf on a plate for 30-40 minutes without opening the lid.
