Cupcakes on the mayonnaise

250 g sugar

250 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

2 g vanilla

2 eggs

1 glass flour

2 tbsp. starch

1 tsp. the slaked vinegar soda

Beat eggs in foam, then add, each time after adding ingredients whisking mixer: sugar, mayonnaise, starch, vanilla, baking soda, flour.

Add to the dough any nuts, to put it in shape for cupcakes, bake in the oven until tender (you can check with a wooden stick when the muffins are ready, it will dry if they pierce).

Before serving cupcakes on the mayonnaise, you can drizzle melted chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
