Cupcakes with chocolate pudding
200 ml water
30 ml vegetable oil
1,5 Cup flour
1 bag chocolate pudding
1 bag vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 Cup sugar
2 tbsp. coconut flakes
2 tbsp. almond flakes
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
In a saucepan, mix water with oil, sugar, coconut, salt, bring all to a boil, let the mixture cool to a warm state.
The flour mixed with the baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, pudding, bowl, sift, add the vanilla sugar, the oil-water mixture, stir until smooth.
Put the dough in a greased and dusted with flour tins, sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Bake cupcakes with chocolate pudding in a preheated 180 C oven for 15 minutes until cooked, cool on a rack.
