3/4 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

125 g coconut shavings

200 g cherries, pitted

150 g butter

3 tbsp. sugar

3 PCs eggs

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1. Beat butter with sugar until the state of the foam. Continuing to whisk, add the yolks, half of the coconut, flour, baking powder and part of the cherry. Egg whites whip and mix to a dough. Put a lot either in a greased ring shape or in cupcake tins and bake at 170 degrees until tender. (I baked for 10-15 minutes at 180, then covered with foil and baked until tender). Cool and pull out of shape (I'm not cooled, they have themselves well out of the molds, so they don't warmed jam, and just smeared hot Txiki). The cooled cupcakes grease warmed jam, sprinkle with chips and garnish with a cherry.
