Cottage cheese and fruit baskets
120 g cottage cheese
100 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
100 g wheat flour
1 egg yolk
1 pinch of salt
To prepare the filling:
peach
Apple
honey or condensed milk
sugar
The cheese and the butter cut into small cubes, put in the flour, poured in a large bowl, stir until crumbs, add the egg yolk and knead the dough, put it away for 40 min in the fridge.
Chop the peaches and apples in small pieces.
Put the dough in the molds, add sliced fruit, sprinkle them with sugar.
Bake cottage cheese and fruit baskets at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes
After the wafers have cooled, the fruit can pour condensed milk or honey, or sprinkled with cinnamon.
