Chicken "in summer"
1.5 kg Chicken;
2 Art. l. salt
2 l water
200 g sour cream
Peeled and chopped apple
curry powder and grated horseradish (add to taste)
Divide chicken into two pieces and season with salt. Put both parts of the pulp in a bowl up to the liquid is drained. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Then bring the water to boil. Wash the chicken and put it in the pan. Add the water and close the chicken. Bring it to a boil and cook over low heat for thirty or forty minutes. Then cooled chicken broth, separate the flesh from the bones. Now prepare the sauce: mix apple and sour cream, add to taste curry or horseradish. The sauce is cooled and fed it with chicken, cut into slices.
