Ragout of veal
750 g Veal
100 ml ghee
100 ml table wine
2 bulbs
2 Art. l. flour

2-3 carrots
250 g green beans
0.5 celery root
4-6 potatoes
3-4 Art. l. butter
200 ml water
Veal cut into pieces and fry in melted butter and mix with chopped onion. Pour water and cook until soft meat. Add the flour, diluted in table wine and dovarit meat. In a small amount of water simmered sliced carrots, celery, green beans and potatoes and cut into circles. Drain the water and pour over the vegetables with melted butter. Connect the prepared meat with vegetables and add the finely chopped herbs and parsley.
