Fish with lemon
500 g fillet of cod or other fish
0.5 glass water
1 onion
1 carrot
1 parsley root
1 Slice celery
1 lemon
vegetable fat
cumin, bay leaf, parsley to taste
Onion rings, chopped carrot slices, parsley, celery and spices simmer for 15-20 minutes, add salt at the end. Grease a thick-walled pan with oil, place the fish, pour the broth with vegetables, lay slices of lemon. Simmer in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
