Sandwiches with foie sardines
Ingredients:
4 white bread - slice
2 h. l. butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show
100 g canned sardines
6 pcs. black olives
1 h. l. lemonade
2 pcs. lettuce
1 h. l. mayonnaise
ground black pepper
Sardines mash with a fork, add the butter, chopped olives, lemon juice, a little pepper and mash thoroughly.
Grease prepared with 2 slices of bread and cover them with the remaining slices.
When serving, place sandwiches on lettuce leaves.
Separately post mayonnaise.
