Striped sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 rye bread - white bread
100 g butter
200 g processed cheese soft
50 g lean ham
2 Art. l. grated horseradish with vinegar
1/4 h. l. lemon juice
2 dill - beam
ground red pepper - to taste
Butter, whisk, gradually adding the cream cheese. Mass is divided into three parts. In one part add the chopped dill and lemon juice in the other - chopped ham and pepper, in the third - horseradish and pepper to taste.
With bread crusts cut off, cut horizontally to the same thickness slices.
The lower layer of grease weight with herbs, put a slice of bread, grease weight with ham, again put the bread, then spread a mass with horseradish and cover with remaining slice of bread. Put on a small sandwich oppression and soak in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Before serving, cut into small sandwiches as squares or triangles.
