Toast with cheese and vegetables
Ingredients:
8 white bread - slices
120 g cheese
2 PCs egg
2 tbsp. milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
3 PCs tomatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. butter
lettuce green
ground black pepper, salt to taste
100 g of cheese cut into thin strips, part of the spread on 4 slices of bread and cover with the remaining slices of bread. Beat raw eggs with milk and remaining cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast soak in the egg-milk mixture and leave to soak up the liquid. Heat olive oil and butter and fry the bread on both sides until a crust.
Toast serve with sliced tomatoes on lettuce leaves.
