Braised duck in Hungarian
Required Products:
1 pcs. duck
1 pcs. onion
1 pcs. carrot
1/2 glass red wine
2 glass meat broth
4 Art. l. vegetable fat
2 Art. l. wheat flour

1 h. l. thyme
1 Art. l. chopped dill
pink pepper, ground
salt
Onions and carrots cut into chunks solomkoy.Utku cut, salt, pepper, roll in flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Remove duck pieces and fry in butter onions and carrots. Again put the pieces of duck, pour the wine, broth and simmer until tender. At the end of cooking, place the thyme, parsley
dill, salt and pepper.
When submitting a duck pour the sauce, garnish with boiled vegetables. Arrange dill.
