Sandwiches with onions

Ingredients:

4 rye bread - slice

100 g cheese

2 PCs carrots, boiled

1 tbsp. dill chopped

2 onion - head

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 PCs eggs boiled

ground black pepper - to taste

Cheese spread, mix with mashed carrots, chopped egg yolks, dill, pepper and onions, passerovannym in butter.

The mixture lubricate the bread, sprinkle with chopped egg whites.

When serving, decorate with greens.
