Diet onion sandwiches with cheese
100 g cheese
100 g onions
100 g boiled carrots
4 slices of rye bread
2 boiled eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. dill
pepper
salt
On a coarse grater grate the carrots and cheese.
Yolks of boiled eggs separated from the proteins and chop, add the yolks to the carrots with cheese, then add the chopped dill and mix.
Peel the onion, chop finely, fry in butter, add to the other ingredients, pepper and stir.
Grease the bread cooked mixture, sprinkle with grated or finely chopped proteins, when applying to decorate diet onion sandwiches with cheese with herbs.
