Diet vegetable sandwiches
250-300 g carrots
100 g cheese
100 g apples
50 g green onions
4 trubnik rolls
1 tbsp. olive oil
pepper
salt
In half horizontally to cut the rolls, remove the pulp, grind it into powder, oil to fry until Browning.
Apple and carrot peel, cut into strips, chop the onion rings, stir until ready to put out, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated cheese and stir.
Mix vegetable stuffing with roasted pulp rolls, stuffing muffins.
Served diet vegetable sandwiches hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
