Onion-cheese sandwiches
200 g hard cheese grated
4 rolls
2 head onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
pepper, salt
Peel the onion, finely chop and fry on low heat in a frying pan with oil until Browning, stirring occasionally, then add thyme, pepper and salt.
Grilled brown bread rolls, cut in half.
Mix the onion with grated cheese, divide the mixture into 4 equal parts to put on half a bun, cover with tops of buns and fry onion and cheese sandwiches on the grill for 10-15 minutes until Browning and melting cheese.
