Beans with apple sauce
200 g green beans
2 pcs. apples
For the sauce:
2 Art. l. butter
1 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. sugar
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Apples cut into slices and ran with the addition of butter and sugar until soft.
Boil the beans in plenty of salted water and, taking from broth, cut into slices.
For the sauce, saut the flour in butter, a glass of dilute broth, salt, pepper.
Beans combine with apples, pour prepared sauce and warm up for 10 minutes.
When submitting beans with apple sauce and place on a platter.
