Stuffed spinach leaves
Ingredients:
750 g beef
40-50 pcs. spinach (big leaves)
75 g rice
2 green onions - beam
1 pcs. onion
dill - to taste
50 g butter

1 juice - lemon
2.5 Art. l. flour
5 Art. l. sour cream
salt and pepper - to taste
Minced cabbage to cook spinach leaves in the same way as for the stuffed cabbage in grape leaves. Spinach leaves much softer than grapes, so scalding them very quickly.
Wrap beef in spinach, as well as in grape leaves. Fold the cabbage to the pan rows, sprinkle with finely chopped onion and dill, pour warm water to the level of the penultimate series of stuffed cabbage. Simmer. When the rice is almost ready, add the butter mixed with flour, acidified with lemon juice and put the pan without covering lid in the oven.
Serve with fresh cream.
