Grapefruit Ambrosia
2 kg grapefruit (half pink, half red)
1 glass sweetened coconut
2 tablespoons Campari
2 tablespoons sugar
0.5 glass chopped salted pistachios
Clean peeled grapefruit, white films and membranes that separate slices of fruit. Mix coconut, Campari, sugar and a pinch of salt, the resulting mixture was mixed with slices of grapefruit. Put the cold for 15 minutes. Before serving, add the chopped pistachios. Serve in glasses or glass kremanki.
