Fruit salad in grapefruit
200 g vintage pitted
4 Grapefruit
2 banana
2 apple
1 peach
4 Art. l. yogurt
Cut a grape in half and apples, bananas and peaches cut into cubes (leave some for decoration of lettuce). Add to fruit yogurt and mix.
Apply grooves on the skin of grapefruit, cut off the bottom and the top, cut each grapefruit into two unequal parts. Remove the pulp of the great halves, fill them with salad, "bowl" with a salad to put on a "stand" (lower half grapefruit) and serve salad at the table.
