Salad with grapefruit
What you need:
Any lettuce leaves (radicchio, arugula, curly endive, etc.)
100 g treated pine nuts
4 Art. l. 1 grapefruit. olive oil
salt, pepper, salad dressing
Pine nuts lightly fry in a pan without oil.
Grapefruit peel, half flesh divided into small pieces, removing them from the film.
Mix all salad leaves and slices of grapefruit.
From the second half of grapefruit juice to squeeze, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, salad dressing.
The resulting sauce pour over lettuce with grapefruit, stir and sprinkle with roasted pine nuts.
