Grapefruit compote
2 PCs grapefruit
2 PCs apples
1 l water
2 tbsp. sugar
Grapefruit peel, divided into slices and each of them to clean the film. Apple peel and cut into small pieces. Combine the fruit, cover with water, bring to boil, add sugar and cook the compote. When it is ready, drain.
Serve chilled.
