Ingredients:

125 g wheat flour

3 tbsp. starch

125 g butter or margarine

4 tbsp. water ice

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 garlic cloves

100 g cream and sour cream -

2 PCs egg

75 g Parmesan cheese grated

ground black pepper - to taste

6 chard, large stems

Flour mixed with starch and chop with a knife together with butter to get the crumbs, add the egg yolks, water, salt and knead the dough. Wrap it in foil and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough into the reservoir, place on a greased form with a diameter of 26 cm in height with a side 4 see Nahcolite the dough with a fork and bake at 200 OS 10 minutes.

The chop chard stems and cook them for half of norms oil for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped leaves and fry for another 3 minutes. Put the crushed garlic, pepper, mix well. Pour the juice, vegetables lay on the baked cake.

Anchovies finely chop, removing the seeds. Eggs, cream and sour cream whisk, mix with Parmesan cheese and anchovies. Pour this mass of vegetables, sprinkle with nuts and bake for 25 minutes at 225 C. drizzle with the remaining oil and serve hot.
