400 g sweet almond

30 g bitter almonds/2-3 drops almond essence

1 l water

glass 1 ? sugar

? glass of corn starch

Go through both types of almonds, put in a bowl, pour boiling water, covered, for 10 minutes to leave, then fold in the almonds in a sieve, immediately clean, rinse thoroughly and grind in a mortar, and then diluted with the remaining water and wring it out - you will get almond milk.

In part of the milk to dissolve the starch, to leave, then strain.

Heat the mixture to the boil, dissolve the sugar, add the starch mixture, stir, bring to a boil.

Pour vegetable almond pudding on the glasses before serving to cool and sprinkle with sugar.
