Morse of almonds and cherries
1 l water
1 glass pitted cherries
? glass sugar
? glass almonds
Pour boiling water over the nuts, peel 5-7 minutes from the skin, put in a mortar, add sugar, crushed until smooth.
Put the sugar-almond paste into an enamel or glass container, cork lid, remove the cold.
With cherries squeeze the juice, pour it into a mass of almonds, pour cherry pomace with water (1 liter), bring to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes, drain, cool and mix with the almond mixture.
Before serving, cranberry almond and cherry 1 hour, drain, cool.
