Cherry and apple jam with almonds
Ingredients:
500 g cherry
500 g apples
1 kg sugar
2 juice - lemon
50 g almonds
Cherry wash, dry, separated from the bones, pour the sugar, cover and leave for 24 hours. Apple peel, grate, add cherry with lemon juice, bring to a boil and cook at maximum heat for 4 minutes. Almond fry without oil in a pan, add the jam, to shift to the banks and immediately closed.
