Pancakes with fresh mushrooms
500 g mushrooms (chanterelles, boletus, aspen or white mushrooms)
2 eggs
2 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1.5 glass milk
salt
Peel and finely chop the mushrooms, put them in their own juice until almost complete evaporation of the liquid.
Combine the flour with the eggs and milk to make a batter for pancakes.
Baked pancakes as follows: immediately after application of the batter into the pan sprinkle with 1 tablespoon each pancake mushrooms, immediately wrap pancakes letter envelopes and already so bake until done.
Served pancakes with fresh mushrooms in hot form.
