Salmon, baked with sauce with herbs
800 g salmon
500 ml cream 10-11%
15 ml olive oil
10 g fresh green Basil
10 g parsley
10 g dill
5 g of chervil
5 g horseradish root
3 egg yolk
? lemon
1 tsp. salt sea
? tsp. black pepper
Fish fillets, wash, wet, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, put in shape, oiled.
All the finely chopped herbs, mix with cream, beat egg yolks, add lemon zest and horseradish.
The prepared mixture over the fish, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
