750 ml beef broth

750 g tomatoes

60 g Parmesan cheese

8 pieces of white bread

4 eggs

2 sweet red pepper



1 onions

1 celery

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Finely chop the celery and onion, pepper chop thin strips.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them from the skin, chop.

Onions fry in butter until transparent, add the other prepared ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, pour in beef broth and cook for another 15 minutes, then add pepper.

Beat eggs, mix with grated cheese.

The bread with the two sides a little fry.

Remove the soup "Tuscan" from the heat, pour in the eggs.

In each plate put a piece of bread, pour the soup before serving the soup "Tuscan" sprinkle chopped celery.
