500 g swine carbonate

50 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

5-6 cloves of garlic

4-5 eggs

1 h. l. salt

ground black pepper

Cut slices carbonate thickness of about 1.5 cm.

Preparation of the batter: Combine mayonnaise, crushed garlic, pepper and salt, whisk in a blender.

Dip each slice of meat in batter, put them on each other in a pan, pour the remaining batter on top of the meat.

Remove the pan in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning warm up a frying pan with oil, put the pieces as needed carbonate, fry over medium heat until the batter turns white, turn over and fry for 2 minutes on the other side.

The meat may be stored in a saucepan for 10 days.
