Compotek with cinnamon
500 ml water
50 g prunes
50 g dried apricots
1 cinnamon stick
1 small pear
1 tbsp. sugar
Pear peel, cut into slices.
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cover and cook for 20 minutes until tender pears, allow to cool, remove cinnamon.
Before serving, mash compotek with cinnamon puree.
