Pancakes from zucchini with spring onions
1 zucchini average
1 bundle green onions
1 denticle garlic
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons starch
ground black pepper
vegetable fat
salt
Clean and rub grated zucchini, mixed with chopped green onion, pepper and salt.
Pour the starch and flour, mix, add the garlic, passed through the press, stir again.
Spread a tablespoon of batter onto a preheated pan with oil and fry pancakes from zucchini with green onions until browned on both sides.
