Festive dessert "Snow pyramids"
2 egg whites
1 glass coconut
7-8 Art. l. sugar
1-2 Art. l. vegetable oil
Thoroughly mix the coconut shavings and sugar.
Proteins are cool, then whisk in the stable foam and mix gently with coconut and sugar - the consistency should get a thick mixture, if necessary, add more chips.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees, vystelit baking baking parchment and grease it with oil.
Molded hands of cooked coconut mass pyramid, lay them on a baking sheet.
Bake festive dessert "Snow pyramid" for 12-15 minutes until slightly browned.
Serve on a Christmas table or holiday table pyramid in hot or cold.
