Punch berry cinnamon
500 ml berry juice
50-80 g dark/spicy rum
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon ground
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
In a small saucepan pour the rum, the juice, add the ground cinnamon and ginger, on a moderate fire to heat, cook 5 min, stirring occasionally, not boiling.
Pour the punch into a pitcher, add lemon slices, immediately file a punch berry cinnamon to the table.
