Jam made from white grapes
Ingredients:
1 kg White grapes
1 kg sugar
3/4 glass water 1/2
Large brush ripe but firm grapes wash, remove grain, poured sugar (500 g), put on 3-4 hours in a cool place. Then, in the capacity to jam pour the rest of the sugar, pour water and boil syrup. When the syrup has cooled, dipped in a prepared grapes; gently shake the container to berries immersed in syrup, put on fire and cook for 1.5-2 hours. In the finished jam grain grape must sink to the bottom.
