Sandwich with egg-salad
8 slices of bread
4 plastic cheese
1 medium cucumber
Lettuce:
3 boiled eggs
2-3 pen green onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium tomato
3 Art. l. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
2 Art. l. low-fat sour cream / yogurt
? h. l. Dijon mustard
black pepper
salt
On the one hand dry bread in the pan, greased.
Remove the seeds of the tomato, cut into the flesh, eggs finely chop.
Stir the grated garlic yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and chopped green onion, pepper and salt, mix with tomatoes and eggs.
Cucumber cut into thin circles, put on 4 slices of bread with cheese, top with lettuce, cover the remaining slices of bread on top.
Serve sandwich with egg-salad for breakfast or lunch.
