Sandwiches with Apple and meringue
2 Bread slices
1 PCs Apple;
1 PCs Egg-white;
50 g Sugar powder;
Protein shake in a solid foam, gradually mixing the powdered sugar. Bread to put grated on a fine grater Apple, top with a tablespoon to put the protein mass.
