Bright carrot salad

2 medium carrots

100-150 Dec. hard cheese

2-3 Art. l. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

2 teeth of garlic

salt, pepper

Carrots clean, rub on a grater with medium / small holes

Grate the cheese is similar. Put carrots and cheese in a salad bowl

Garlic clean and skip through the press. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper.

Add dressing to the carrots and cheese, thoroughly mixed. Let stand for an hour
