Salad with pears and Roquefort cheese
150 g cheese Roquefort
75 g walnut kernels
4 pears
1 a head of cabbage
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
Fry the nuts in butter.
Melt the honey, add the nuts, stir.
Cut the cabbage into strips, and cut the cheese into cubes.
Peel the pears, cut them in small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine pears, cheese and nuts with honey, stir, put on lettuce.
