Spread salad layers, each lubricating mayonnaise potatoes, onions, sausage, apple, almonds, pineapple, repeat layers 2 times.

Boiled eggs divided into yolks and whites separately rub them on a fine grater, of the protein stain beet juice.

Make flower stems of parsley, buds - of colored and white proteins by forming their teaspoon around bouquet salad sprinkled with grated egg yolks, make a rim of the remaining proteins.
