Salad carp
For the recipe You will need:
400 g Karas
40 g horseradish
2 PCs potatoes (boiled)
2 PCs cucumbers (salt)
1 glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
salt - to taste
3 vinegar (%) - to taste
dill, parsley (green) - to taste
Boil carp, separate the flesh from the bones, chop. Potatoes, cucumbers, cut into cubes.
In mayonnaise, add horseradish, salt, vinegar and mix well. Connect the fish with potatoes and cucumbers. Put in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise, arrange cucumbers and greens.
